Abysm is a retro arcade-style puzzle game, inspired by classics such as Boulder Dash and Supaplex, but infused with a light weight story and atmospheric pixel art graphics and music. It is my take on a game I played as a kid, filtered through my grown-up preferences for shorter single-puzzle levels, rather than the larger more exploratory multi-stage levels of the originals. I'm currently in the process of creating new mechanisms and puzzles with an eye towards a full release late 2025.
